About Pleno

Pleno was founded by Phuong with the vision of helping customers with their digital transformation and optimization of their business processes. Keeping focus on creating value for the customer, producing new ideas, being results-oriented, and always having a close and agile collaboration with our customers.

The name Pleno comes from the Latin word “complete”. The mission is therefore always to deliver the product and be with you from start to finish.

The man behind the company is Phuong, who has a master’s degree in software technology, and has over 12 years of experience in software development and more than 7 years of experience in consulting and being a trusted advisor. He specializes in xRM and CRM solutions, and through the many years of experience gained a solid business understanding across multiple types of industries.

Phuong has a deep technical insight and has a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform. In his time, he has often taken on the role of technical architect and ability to communicate with technical and business experts.

As a consultant, Phuong has advised some of Denmark’s largest customers in the industries; telecom, insurance, pension, bank, energy, transport, medicine, wholesale and many more.

Phuong keeps up-to-date on the latest Salesforce platform features, and has over time acquired more Salesforce certifications.
